Helping the Fallen (11)

I think that we should help everyone no matter who they are. When it was the lady that had fallen down most people stopped to help. When the homeless man fell hardly anyone would help. We shouldn't not help someone because they are homeless. I think that everyone would want someone to stop and help them. They showed one were a person had collapsed in a hospital and no one came to help for quit some time. That person died because no one helped.
I would hope that if I did ever see someone in that position that I would stop and help. Wouldn't you want someone to stop and help you. I know I would want someone to stop and help. I would hopefully do whatever I could. I would hopefully help anyone. I wouldn't just walk by them and say that they were homeless and not help. All you would need to do would call 911 and they would be able to send help.

Russia's rearmament

Russia said that they will start to rearm their weapons on Tuesday. I not so sure that will be a good thing. It will probably raise tensions between not only the US and Russia but other countries. I think that the US should keep an eye on Russia. Russia said they are only doing it for their own protection. Which they say the US does the same thing. Russia does have a point. They should be able to defend themesleves, but them rearming still worries me.
